The strap is beautiful; but the packaging leaves a lot to be desired. you basically threw the strap in an envelope with a sheet of stickers, and called it a day. I know it is a strap that is going to get wet; but it should be put in a plastic / compostable sleeve or something to protect it during shipping. I will say that the artwork on the brown envelope is adorable !

Thankfully, we haven’t experienced any issues with damage from the envelopes, but we completely understand your concerns and appreciate your feedback!
