REFUND OR RETURNS
If you change your mind or would like to exchange an item for a different product, you will need to cover shipping fees again if you would like me to send out an alternative item. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with any tags or packaging intact. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue. To start a return, please contact me through the contact page with your order number and details about your return or exchange request.
