They are empowering communities to better understand, protect and coexist with marine wildlife. They combine community participation, scientific research and long-term monitoring to generate knowledge that supports practical conservation, informs management and inspires action for healthier oceans.
The partnership between Diver Mon Art and Humpbacks & Highrises (HHRprovides direct support for whale research, citizen science and community engagement. Proceeds from Diver Mon Art sales help HHR replace survey equipment, run community events and land-based surveys, and undertake dedicated whale research trips. The partnership turns donations into practical conservation outcomes for whales and the ocean.
10% of all sales from the Cetacean Gaiter and Mask Tamer are donated to Humpbacks & Highrises.

Sea Turtle Foundation is a non-profit, non-government organisation that protects and conserves highly endangered sea turtles through research, education and action. We are the only Australia wide organisation dedicated solely to the protection of sea turtles.

White’s Seahorse Conservation Project
Meet the delicate little ocean dweller behind one of Mon's most unique designs, the endangered White’s Seahorse. Found only along the east coast of Australia, this tiny, camouflaged species is under serious threat due to habitat loss and coastal development.
You’ll spot this seahorse amongst his other friends in the Syngnathidae family on the UV gaiters and dive mask tamers, and freediving fins! But this design is more than just beautiful.. it gives back! 10% of all sales from the UV gaiters and mask tamers, and the fins are donated to the White’s Seahorse Conservation Project in Queensland, helping fund habitat restoration and critical conservation work.

CARDBOARD PACKAGING THAT DOESN'T COST THE EARTH
Our Cardboard Packaging - FSC certified recycled cardboard, packaging made from responsibly sourced and recycled fibre rather than virgin materials that drive further deforestation. That matters for the ocean as much as the forest: healthy, well managed forests filter and regulate the waterways that eventually feed into our coasts and reefs, so choosing FSC-certified packaging is one small way we reduce pressure on those systems from source to sea.
Our packaging is also RoHS certified, meaning it's manufactured without the hazardous substances and heavy metals found in some cheaper packaging and inks materials that can otherwise leach into soil and waterways as packaging breaks down or gets recycled, and because it's cardboard rather than plastic, it breaks down naturally and recycles easily, instead of joining the plastic packaging that too often ends up as ocean debris.It's a small piece of the puzzle as part of our strategy to do right by the ocean and planet, but it's one we can control on every single order.

MAILER BAGS THAT ACTUALLY BREAK DOWN
Our satchels and mailer bags are certified to AS 5810, the Australian Standard for home compostable plastics. Unlike ordinary plastic packaging, which can persist in the environment for hundreds of years and slowly breaks down into microplastics, our AS 5810-certified bags are designed to fully biodegrade in a home compost bin, leaving no toxic residue and no microplastic fragments behind.That distinction matters more than it might sound. A lot of "eco" plastic packaging is only certified for industrial composting, but these are facilities most households and councils don't have access to. So in practice it ends up in landfill or worse into our waterways. Home compostable means you can actually do something with it yourself, and it means that if one of our mailers ever ends up somewhere it shouldn't, it isn't adding to the microplastic load that's already turning up in fish, marine mammals or the general marine environment.
